Machu Picchu Dinner

We spent an enchanting evening together as Mike Torrey, acclaimed photographer of award winning Stone Steps, transported us to Machu Picchu! We served a preview of Casa Q'ero's fall menu. The dishes were inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and preparations of the pre-Inca & Spanish Colonial time period. The original fusion cuisine. It was a great night.
